Reception team

The reception team are the people you speak to when you phone to make an appointment. They also provide our front desk and repeat prescriptions services. They are also are responsible for calling in people for some reviews and procedures (e.g. annual reviews for diabetes or heart disease), processing test results, dealing with requests for reports, forms and examinations, registering new patients, medical records, typing of referral letters and dealing with incoming post. Some of our administration tasks are done by a central administration team for all of our three practices (New Bank Health Centre, The Whitswood Practice and The Robert Darbishire Practice).

We have a team of 5 Patient Service Advisers here to help you with your queries.
